Another Area Republican's Are Losing

The Netroots. I've written about it here before. A whole lot of
people have found an interactive voice as a result of it's emergance in the political spectrum. And, it seems, something the Democrats
have done better. It's patently obvious that the GOP has not kept
up with the rapidly changing forces shaping modern society and how things are getting done these days. The McCain campaign has certainly demonstrated that the 20th Century was John McCains. Republican Confusion Abounds

It's not just the national campaign in disarray. Local follies abound as well. Remember Vince Fosella? He of two families and the little issue of drunk driving? He's back....... Ever since his announcement to not stand for re-election in his Staten Island district the local GOP machine ( which is by no means insignifigant ) has been at conflict with itself, with a confusing litany of abortive candidcy's and internecine warfare. And now, with the threat that one more of the diminishing number of Red seats on the East Coast may be buying blue paint panic has set in ( sound familiar ? ). And Vito may be making a comeback. Staten Island politics have never failed to entertain and they certainly aren't now.
