Sen Jim Webbs legislative attempts to update the GI Bill have picked up steam. But one noteworthy veteran in the Senate has yet to give his nod. Wes Clark and other veterans say that needs to change and McCain needs to the right for veterans f the war he supports. Or is he just another Republican giving lip service to " Support the Troops".
